Deputy Constable Caleb Rule was a Member of the Missouri City Police Officers Association and served on the Executive Board of Directors during his tenure with the Missouri City Police Department where he served for 16 years prior to taking a position with the Fort Bend Constable Precinct 4.
Caleb Rule (MCPD #594) will forever be a member of the Missouri City Police Officers Association.

Andrew Svoboda was an active member of the Missouri City Police Officers Association. On August 21, 2005, while off-duty, Sergeant Andrew Svoboda passed away from a fatal brain aneurysm.
